The Borough property was acquired in February 2016 from Columbia Threadneedle as a partially refurbished Category A office building. Our development of the property has fitted it as a flexible workspace, with the ground floors undergoing significant modifications. The upper floors received some minor works, while the previously neglected top floor was fully refurbished, with the addition of a new roof and roof terrace. Now, the building offers 25,000 sq ft of lettable space.
